Maple brown sugar protein cookie recipe

Sep 09, 2018

If kicking off Sunday with cookies is wrong, then I don’t want to be right! I’ve got a maple brown sugar protein cookie recipe for you, and oh-em-gee they are delicious!

Now these cookies aren’t just any cookies… they’re made with Bubs Naturals collagen protein!

Bubs Naturals is my new, go-to protein powder. Once I started cooking and baking with Bubs Naturals, I haven’t gone back to whey protein. I’ve been so impressed with their product and how it adds to the consistency of recipes… I 100% recommend it.

Okay, back to these delicious cookies. Here’s how to make them:

  • Combine 1c oat flour, 4 scoops of Bubs Naturals collagen protein powder, 1/2c brown sugar, 1/4c coconut oil, 2T maple syrup, and 1 egg white
  • Form into balls (fairly small, because they’ll spread)
  • Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes

That’s it! This cookie recipe is so simple and delicious, and it’s packed with extra protein (plus the collagen makes them ultra chewy with perfectly crispy edges).

Enjoy!
