At the AMPLIFY Retreat in June, I set up a protein bar buffet and everyone got to make their own bars/balls! It was a huge hit. Now, I want to show YOU how to make these bad boys.
It’s so simple. Just combine...
2/3c oats
1 scoop protein powder
2T almond butter
1/4c honey
chopped chocolate covered almonds (I use vitacost brand — the almonds are huge!)
… and then add enough water until you can form them into balls (about 1-2t). Refrigerate until solidified.
That’s it! Now you have an easy grab-and-go breakfast idea or quick snack for when the hangries set in.
