If you follow me on Instagram, you know I talk a lot about visualization and manifesting your goals.

And that’s because it works!

While I was working in the corporate world and traveling to Southern California, I envisioned living there — and here I am! My new car was on my vision board last year, and this Christmas, I was able to buy an amazing trip to Europe for my boyfriend in part because I visualized where I wanted my business to go.

I don’t share this to brag… I share it because I want YOU to start visualizing your goals and manifesting your success, too.

Here’s the thing though — visualizing your goals doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t have to follow an elaborate process or restructure your entire belief system!

In fact, you can do it in three easy steps.

Here we go:

1. Keep your goal at the forefront of your mind. Every time you have something you want to achieve, don’t lose sight of it! It’s easy to get distracted by everyday life. Stay focused and keep that goal front and center.
2. BELIEVE you can achieve it. Start envisioning yourself having already reached your goal. Really believe it! If you can envision it, there’s absolutely no reason you cannot achieve it. Your mind is already conceptualizing it — you have the power to mold your life into that reality!
3. Keep it present. When we talk about our goals with our friends, create vision boards, put them on post-its in our office, we’re keeping the vision present in our lives. Do this relentlessly. Write your goals down, put them out into the universe, and watch as they begin to manifest before your eyes!
