Oh man… you know that feeling after a GREAT workout? I’m talking about those endorphins! They make you all happy and giddy and “I can do anything”-y.
I LOVE that feeling.
Now, there’s no “right” way to be active in my opinion, because you have to do what works for YOU. Living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle (which includes exercise!) is all about defining health in your own terms and making sure you’re doing “healthy” things that you can stick to.
With that said, it’s easy to fall into a workout rut. So if you’re looking for some inspiration or to mix things up, here’s a quick and easy workout that is sure to give you that feel-great feeling!
Hang power cleans x3
Front squats x3
Push jerks x3
—Rest 1 minute
Finish with cardio (I did 15 of 1:1 sprint intervals and then walked 10 min)
