Got worry on the brain? I can help.

Mar 18, 2018

Who rides the worry train every once in awhile? 🙋

If you’re one of those people who thinks of something and then creates 400 imaginary (probably not-so-great) outcomes and convinces yourself that’s what will happen, I have one thing to say to you…

I FEEL YOU!

While I talk to you a lot about visualizing what I want to attain, I also give you REAL TALK… and the real talk here is that I, too, get caught up in worrying about something not turning out as planned from time to time.

So, I wanted to share what helps me when I do ride the worry train!

Instead of letting those thoughts consume me, I take a second and reflect on the things I’m grateful for.

When you stop to take a moment to think about what you DO have and how wonderful life is RIGHT NOW, it makes it a lot harder for that worry to keep poking your brain!

So the next time you feel overwhelmed and filled with “what-ifs”, I want you to stop, breathe, and think about what you’re grateful for right now.

You can meet the future when it comes.

Here’s to being grateful!

-Jazzy

P.S. Will you believe in yourself as much as I believe in you?  (It might feel like a big ask, but the even bigger results are well worth it.)

If so, head right over HERE to reserve your seat for the upcoming AMPLIFY Retreat.

I can’t wait to watch you create this new world full of gratitude and less worry (in sunny California to boot).
