The PRIMARY role of the Digital Marketing Assistant will be to become proficient in digital advertising strategies (specifically Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads) and implement, monitor, and manage Ads on an on-going basis.

LEARN FB Advertising strategies to become proficient in implementing and managing Ad campaigns
Track and analyze marketing data and KPIs. Regularly report data to the YDIP team
Provide recommendations for FB Ad growth opportunities and ad campaign ideas (this includes strategies related to retargeting, creating audiences, etc.)
TEST, test, and test data to determine performance of Ad campaigns (we are ALLL about learning by taking action!)
Actively be a part of marketing initiatives (including Ad creatives, conversion copy, and funnel implementation)
Maintain communication with team to ensure efficient flow of strategies and processes
Maximize use of resources to problem solve and increase efficiency
As an independent contractor, you will have ownership over the role and complete the duties & responsibilities however best works for you (using your own systems, prioritization methods, etc.).
This is a part-time independent contractor position starting with a minimum of 10 hours/week. Opportunity for hours & duties to increase.
Certain days during the month may require more commitment. You will work virtually, use your own computer, and set your own schedule. Pay is $15/hour. Performance bonus opportunities exist after the trial period.
The first few weeks of this role will be spent LEARNING FB Ads w/ the resources provided (and any additional resources needed). We are seeking someone who can commit a minimum of 10 hours/week to become acquainted and proficient with the YDIP culture and to especially begin learning and implementing Facebook Ad strategies. This will be a steep learning curve, and ultimately our goal is that you become a specialist in this area to stay with the team long-term.
This role will start out on a 30-day trial basis. After 30-days, we will assess progress and performance (especially in regards to our CORE VALUES). If there is alignment with our core values and results are being produced (according to specific goals created together), you will have the opportunity to continue in this role with another evaluation after 60 days.
