We would like to feature YOU and your story of how your life has transformed from using Your Dinner Is Planned. Sharing your story is a part of our mission to impact the WORLD and how people value their health.
We want YOU to be a part of that!
Plus, we have some kicka$$ prizes you can win too!
At the beginning of May, we will be opening up monthly enrollment for Your Dinner Is Planned for a short time... and we are aiming to spread the YDIP awesomeness into as many family's lives as possible! We know we can't do this alone, and we want to ensure your stories are HEARD!
That's where this contest comes in! So... how does it work?
1. Submit a testimonial video by 4/17/19. Video MUST follow the rules and video specifications below.
2. All videos will be compiled and current YDIP members will VOTE on the most impactful transformations. (This is NOT a vote of 'better' or 'best' vote... this is simply an opportunity to vote for the story that resonated with you the most!)
3. The top 6 videos with the most votes from YDIP members will be compiled and voting will then open to the public!
4. These top 6 videos will be shared with Jazzy's Instagram audience who will then vote for the testimonial/transformation that they're drawn to.
5. The winners will be tallied from the public votes and prizes will be issued! (See the PRIZES below!)
PRIZES!
1st PLACE PRIZE:
Two-night stay at a hotel of your choice! ($500 value) Enjoy a vacation OR a staycation on YDIP! Having FUN and taking time to ADVENTURE are all just as important as fueling our bodies with healthy food. This prize is an opportunity for you to escape, relax, and take some time for YOU and/or you and your family!
2nd PLACE PRIZE:
Additional year of YDIP... for FREE! ($180 value) No matter the plan you're on now, we will upgrade you to the annual plan for FREE. You will have access to everything you've already purchased and will receive an entire year of YDIP. (After your free year has concluded, you will return to your monthly plan.)
3rd PLACE PRIZE:
Amazon gift card ($25 value) Treat yourself to a new kitchen gadget or that item you've had on your Amazon wish list but haven't purchased yet. This gift card is for anyyything you want!
TWO SIMPLE RULES:
1. Video must not exceed 3 minutes. Videos longer than 3 minutes WILL NOT be eligible for the contest.
2. Deadline to submit your video is Wednesday, 4/17 by 9:00pm PST. You must submit a Dropbox link via the instructions & submission button below
VIDEO SPECIFICATIONS:

First, share your name then answer these three questions in your video:

Video must not contain information on what you will do with the prizes and must be focused only on your testimonial for YDIP.

Video can be filmed with your phone and must be recorded horizontally/in landscape.
